Coaches and Local Businesses rent out facility to offer their classes, workshops and events so you will see an immense variety of classes offered at our facility. Keep checking in as it keeps changing as we go!
Where are you located?
The Forum is located in Petrolia Business Park South of the Centrium, in the South end of Red Deer. Located at Unit 105 – 232 Spruce St; you’ll find our building nestled near the treed area with wood beam work right at the bend in the road.

I have kids, can they come?
Depends on what you are attending! Different businesses that utilize our facility have different polices, offerings etc. In the past we have offered classes that are family friendly and have also had childminding available. Please enquire if you are interested in child friendly options and stay tuned!
Do you do Private Events?
Yes!
We have many businesses that cater to private events at our facility and also rent out facility directly to our community.

Are you classes safe for pre/postpartum women?
Absolutely. We have many coaches we recommend that can work with you you to design a schedule that is safe and effective for this stage of life. To return to exercise we also offer full assessments for safe return to high impact exercise and to give you a strong understanding of where your body is at.
